A Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer is a printing process used in custom apparel decoration, where designs are printed onto a special film and then transferred onto fabric using heat and pressure. How It Works:

1. Design Printing: The artwork is digitally printed onto a PET film using specialized DTF printers that use CMYK and white ink.
2. Adhesive Application: A powdered adhesive is applied to the printed design to ensure it adheres to the fabric.
3. Curing Process: The film with the adhesive is then heated to partially cure the adhesive.
4. Transfer to Fabric: Using a heat press, the printed design is transferred onto the fabric at high temperatures.
5. Peeling and Finishing: The film is peeled away, leaving the design bonded to the fabric with a soft, durable feel.
